Dr. Charlotte Billings Endowed Scholarship in Education

Dr. Charlotte Billings Endowed Scholarship in Education is to be awarded to full-time Troy University students attending the Phenix City campus. Recipient must be majoring in Education and in their internship program during the funding of this scholarship. Must coordinate award with School of Education on Phenix City campus.
