Murray and George R. O'Neal Mathematics Endowed Scholarship

The purpose of this scholarship is to assist full-time students with a declared major in Mathematics or Mathematics Education on the Troy university campus in Troy, Alabama. Applicants must be resident of Alabama or Florida and must be enrolled in a Mathematics course of Calculus or higher and must enroll in a mathematics course each semester until Mathematics requirements are met. The recipient must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.75 and must have and maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 in the Mathematics or Mathematics Education major. The recipient will be selected by a committee composed of the Mathematics Department. Recipients are required to write a thank you letter to the donor and must attend the scholarship donor and recipient reception held each March.
