Lloyd and Sandy Taylor Academic Endowed Scholarship

Lloyd Taylor, a 1962 Troy State graduate, has been a member of the University’s Alumni Board of Directors since 2002. He and his wife, Sandy, have been long-time supporters of Troy. In 2017, they established the Lloyd and Sandy Taylor Academic Endowed Scholarship to assist students pursuing majors in general studies or, upon agreement, in other areas of study at Troy’s main campus. To receive this award, students must have a 2.75 GPA. Recipients are selected by a committee composed of a Foundation Board member, Admissions, and a family representative.
