Maj. Jesse Flanigan, IV Memorial Book Scholarship

The purpose of this scholarship is to assist African-American male students who are enrolled in the Air Force ROTC. Second preference will be given to African-American female students who are enrolled in the Air Force ROTC. Recipient must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.8. Selection will be made by Troy University scholarship committee. Recipients are required to write a thank you letter to the donor and must attend the scholarship donor and recipient reception held each March.
