Robert E. and Irene Thagard Lindsay Endowed Scholarship

The purpose of this scholarship is to assist students obtaining a degree from the College of Education or an international student on the Troy, Alabama campus of Troy University. Recipient must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.8. Selection will be made by Troy University scholarship committee. Each applicant will be required to write an essay of between 200-450 words on the topic of “What This Scholarship Will Mean to Me”. Recipients are required to write a thank you letter to the donor and must attend the scholarship donor and recipient reception held each March.
