Accountancy Day Award

Originally established in 2000, the William H. Carr School of Accountancy Student Sponsors Scholarship is awarded to undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in Troy University’s accounting program. To receive this scholarship, students must show academic excellence, have strong leadership characteristics, and have financial need. Graduate student recipients must have and maintain a 3.0 GPA, and undergraduate recipients must have and maintain a 2.8 GPA. Recipients are determined by a selection committee comprised of the Accounting Department Director and faculty members. Recipients must write a letter of appreciation to the donor and attend the annual Scholarship Donor and Recipient Reception.
