Roberts and Mildred Blount Scholarship

The Roberts and Mildred Blount Scholarship was established by the Robert and Mildred Blount Education and Charitable Foundation. It will be awarded to the most outstanding high school seniors from Elmore County, Alabama. Selection is made by scholarship committee advertising to all accredited high schools in Elmore County, Alabama. Must be full-time undergraduate. Recommendation is presented to the Chancellor of Troy University, who has sole responsibility of selecting recipient.
