Ty Harvey Memorial Scholarship

This is scholarship is awarded to deserving junior or senior students majoring in journalism, speech, or communications. Recipients must be enrolled full-time and have a 3.0 GPA. First preference is given to students who can provide a letter of recommendation from their Christian Faith church leader stating how the applicant has worked to spread the Gospel and students who can demonstrate a personal/family experience with cancer or their efforts in the fight against cancer. The Troy University Scholarship Committee selects recipients. Recipients must write a letter of appreciation to the donor and attend the Scholarship Donor and Recipient Reception.
