The Alabama RIMS Scholarship

Scholarship will assist students majoring in Risk Management and Insurance who are on the Troy University campus in Troy, Alabama. Recipients must have and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5. Recipient will be selected by the Risk Management and Insurance Department. Applicants should at least be in their sophomore year. Applicants will be required to submit a resume and a short essay, 500 words max, explaining why they are deserving of the award. Scholarship will be for one year only. Recipient will be required to write a letter of appreciation to the scholarship donor and will be encouraged to attend the Scholarship Donor and Recipient Reception.
